Refund policy

Effective 14 September 2026. Keyguard is a digital service. Refunds are not automatic.

Starter plan

Starter is $0 / month. There is no charge and nothing to refund.

Paid charges

If you later pay for a Keyguard plan, you may ask for a refund within three days of that original payment. We review each request. We may refund, at our discretion, when:

• The payment was duplicate or clearly accidental.
• A defect on our side blocked normal use of the panel or API, you told us promptly, and we could not restore service in a reasonable time.

We generally do not refund

• Change of mind after you used the service.
• Keys already issued, files already downloaded, or seller API already called in production.
• Misuse, abuse, or a breach of the Terms of service or the law.
• Fights with your own customers, chargebacks they file against you, or bans on Discord, Steam, or any other platform.
• Loss from a crack, leak, or bad integration of the client library.

How to ask

Email admin@keyguard.live from the account address, with the order or payment reference and a short explanation. We may ask for extra detail before we decide.
