Who we are
Keyguard is the licensing panel at keyguard.live. Contact: admin@keyguard.live.
What we collect
- Account. Username, email, password hash (Argon2id). We do not store your password in plain text.
- Panel use. Applications, license keys, notes, files you upload, seller keys (hashed), audit events, and settings you configure.
- Authentication from your product. When an end user talks to your app through Keyguard, we may store username, license key, hardware identifier (HWID), IP address, and session metadata. That data exists so you can lock seats, ban abuse, and see who redeemed a key.
- Bot check. Login and register use Cloudflare Turnstile. Cloudflare processes a token from the browser. We verify it on the server. We do not sell that token.
- Email. Verification codes go through our mail provider (for example Resend or SMTP you configure). The provider sees destination address and message content.
- Device storage. The panel keeps a login token in your browser (local storage) so you stay signed in.
Why we use it
To run the service you asked for: accounts, licenses, abuse controls, security, and support. We do not sell personal data. We do not run ads on the panel.
Who else sees it
Infrastructure we use to host Keyguard (server, database, TLS, CDN, mail, bot protection) processes data as needed to keep the site up. We do not hand your customer list to unrelated third parties. You remain the controller for data your product sends about your end users.
How long
Account and app data stay until you delete them or close the account. Logs and sessions are kept only as long as needed for security and operations. You can delete keys, users, and files from the panel.
Your choices
Request access, correction, or deletion of your operator account by emailing admin@keyguard.live. If you process EU end-user data through Keyguard, you must have a lawful basis with those users — that relationship is yours, not ours.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
